AI-assisted matching runs on your device. Model files may be downloaded from LabelVerify’s configured model host, but the compared document text remains in your browser. AI suggestions may be inaccurate and require qualified human review.
1. Use, labeling, and review
AI is used only in identified AI-assisted features, and AI-assisted results are labeled. Results may be inaccurate and are suggestions only; they do not make final legal, regulatory, quality, safety, production, approval, or release decisions. An authorized, qualified human reviewer must verify source material and make the final decision.
2. Data boundary and questions
Local matching runs in the browser. Required model files may be downloaded from LabelVerify’s configured host, but compared document text is not sent to that host. Files intentionally uploaded to a workspace are handled under the Privacy Policy.
We do not use customer files, workspace content, compared text, or AI-assisted results to train shared or public models. Questions may be sent to fixaiflow@gmail.com.
