1. Agreement, service, and accounts

These Terms are an agreement between FixAiFlow (픽스에이아이플로우, ‘we’ or ‘us’) and the person and organization using LabelVerify. By accepting during signup, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

You must be authorized by your organization, legally able to agree, and use accurate account information. Protect credentials and report unauthorized access. Your organization is responsible for its users and content. LabelVerify provides role-based collaboration, review, comparison, comments, issues, and audit records; workspace administrators manage access.

2. AI assistance and human review

AI-assisted matching runs on your device. Model files may be downloaded from LabelVerify’s configured model host, but the compared document text remains in your browser. AI suggestions may be inaccurate and require qualified human review.

AI-assisted results are labeled and are suggestions only. LabelVerify does not provide legal, regulatory, safety, quality, production, approval, or release decisions. Users must verify source material and applicable requirements; only an authorized, qualified human reviewer may make a final decision.

3. Content, ownership, and acceptable use

You and your organization retain customer-content ownership and grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display it only to operate, secure, and support the service. You must have all required rights and permissions.

We do not use customer files, workspace content, compared text, or AI-assisted results to train shared or public models. We handle content under the Privacy Policy and any applicable signed agreement.

LabelVerify, its software, interface, branding, and documentation are owned by FixAiFlow. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their licenses.

  • Do not upload unlawful, unauthorized, privacy-infringing, confidential, or intellectual-property-infringing content.
  • Do not bypass access controls, disrupt or probe the service, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data, or seek another organization’s information.
  • Do not present an automated result as human review, approval, a safety decision, or a guaranteed result.
  • Do not use LabelVerify for solely automated decisions about people with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Availability, suspension, and deletion

The service depends on external providers. We may change or discontinue features, with notice when required by law or a signed agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, legal requirement, or service discontinuation; provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective.

Account deletion removes authentication and profile records. Shared project files, comments, issues, approvals, and audit history may remain for the organization, with direct account references removed or detached where supported.

5. Disclaimers and liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LABELVERIFY IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE.’ WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY COMPARISON OR AI-ASSISTED RESULT IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR DATA, REPRINTING, RECALLS, DELAYS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FEES PAID FOR LABELVERIFY BY THE AFFECTED CUSTOMER IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR KRW 100,000.

These limits do not apply to willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Law, changes, and contact

Republic of Korea law governs these Terms, and disputes will be heard by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory rights in your location remain unaffected. If the Korean and English versions conflict, the Korean version controls to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will have a new effective date and be presented for renewed acceptance when required. Questions may be sent to fixaiflow@gmail.com.
